Cacao Ceremony

A relaxed welcome gathering where you’ll have the chance to settle in, connect, and set personal intentions for your time here. During this session, you’ll be served ceremonial cacao - which is rich in antioxidants and known for supporting mood, focus, and a gentle sense of calm. This is a simple, grounding way to arrive, get clear on what you want out of the retreat, and ease into the experience ahead.

2 yoga classes a day 

Morning: Vinyasa

This vinyasa class is a dynamic, breath-led practice designed to build strength, improve mobility, and help you feel more connected to your body. You’ll move through a series of flowing sequences that link movement with breath, creating a steady, energizing rhythm. Expect a balanced class that challenges you while still being accessible, with options to modify or advance as needed. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more open, and refreshed.

Evening: Yin

This evening yin class is designed to help you slow down and transition into a restful night. Yin yoga is a slower-paced practice where poses are held for longer periods, typically a few minutes at a time, to target deeper connective tissues, improve flexibility, and support joint health. With an emphasis on stillness and breath, this class helps calm the nervous system, release built-up tension, and promote relaxation. It’s the perfect way to wind down at the end of the day, preparing your body and mind for more restful, restorative sleep.

Sound Bath + Reiki

This session is designed to help you fully unwind and reset. You’ll be guided into a comfortable, restful position as you’re immersed in the calming sounds of instruments such as crystal bowls, which promote deep relaxation and help quiet the mind. A sound bath uses gentle vibrations to support stress relief and nervous system regulation, allowing the body to shift into a more restorative state.

During this experience, each participant will also receive a short, individual Reiki session. Reiki is a light-touch energy practice that supports relaxation and helps encourage balance within the body. Combined, these modalities create a deeply calming experience. Ideal for releasing tension and leaving you feeling grounded, restored, and at ease.

Art Workshop

A guided creative workshop designed to help you reconnect with yourself through intuitive art-making, reflection, and play. Using paint, collage, texture, and mixed media, participants will be led through a series of introspective prompts and grounding exercises that encourage emotional expression, creativity, and nervous system relaxation.

This is not about artistic skill or creating something “perfect,” but rather allowing art to become a tool for self-exploration, presence, and release. Guests will be invited to slow down, tune into the body, and create freely in a supportive and inspiring environment.

All materials will be provided. No prior art experience necessary.

Cupping Therapy

Cranialsacral Therapy

A personalized 20-minute bodywork session designed to support deep relaxation and nervous system restoration. Guests may choose between therapeutic cupping or gentle craniosacral therapy, depending on what the body is needing most.

Cupping helps release muscular tension, increase circulation, and encourage energetic flow, while craniosacral therapy uses subtle touch to calm the nervous system, relieve stress, and promote overall balance within the body.

These sessions are intended as a moment to slow down, reset, and reconnect during the retreat experience.

Gentle Nature Hike

This guided nature walk takes place on a private trail, offering a quiet and uninterrupted opportunity to move your body and connect with the natural surroundings. The pace will be relaxed and accessible, allowing you to fully take in the landscape, breathe fresh air, and step away from everyday distractions. This is a chance to reset mentally and physically while enjoying simple movement, conversation, or intentional quiet in nature.

Adrenal Cocktail Hour

This nourishing pause is designed to support hydration, mineral balance, and steady energy levels while giving you time to unwind and connect. You’ll enjoy adrenal cocktails - non-alcoholic drinks made with vitamin C, electrolytes, and trace minerals to help replenish the body and support a healthy stress response - alongside a restorative face mask treatment. It’s a relaxed, feel-good hour to refuel from the inside out, soothe the skin, and enjoy easy conversation in a laid-back setting between retreat activities.

Gua Sha workshop

This hands-on workshop introduces you to gua sha, a traditional facial massage technique that uses a smooth stone tool to gently stimulate circulation, support lymphatic drainage, and release facial tension. You’ll learn simple, effective techniques you can easily incorporate into your daily routine to support skin health and relaxation.

Each participant will receive their own gua sha tool in a curated goody bag to take home, so you can continue the practice long after the retreat. This session is both educational and restorative, offering a practical self-care ritual to support overall glow and well-being.

50 minute Full Body Massage  

Limited full body massage sessions will be available throughout the retreat on a first come, first serve basis. These restorative treatments are designed to ease tension, support relaxation, and help guests fully settle into the body throughout the weekend experience.

Each session combines intuitive therapeutic touch with a calming, grounding atmosphere to encourage deep rest and nervous system reset.
