Our retreat culinary experience will be thoughtfully curated by a private chef whose approach centers around nourishment, intention, and connection. Using locally sourced produce and high-quality local meats, each meal is crafted to feel both deeply nourishing and beautifully intentional. Inspired by seasonal ingredients and wellness-focused cuisine, the menu is designed to support the body while creating a grounding and elevated dining experience.
Included within our chef services are optional Food Activations — short, guided sensory experiences offered before meals to deepen presence and create a more intentional connection to your food and the moment. These gentle practices invite guests to slow down, engage their senses, and fully receive nourishment in a more mindful and connected way

Variety of fresh salsa, corn and flour tortillas, avocado crema, cilantro-lime brown rice, smoky black beans, cabbage slaw, veggie fajitas with organic chicken tinga filling
